    Hire and earn a strong Promise score

    At 30 and 90 days your hire confirms the job matched the offer. Keep your promise and build your Promise score.

Founding carriers

Only 25 spots per state, Georgia and Florida: 25% off your plan for your first 90 days, $20 Class A connects, your first hire free and the $250 onboarding fee waived.

Job boards stop at the hire. We follow up at 30 and 90 days, and carriers who keep their word get the credit.

At 30 and 90 days, your hires confirm whether pay, miles and home time matched what you posted. Once 10 hires have answered, your Promise score shows to drivers. Companies that keep their promises earn a strong one.
