Terms of use

Driver Mentor LLC. Effective October 21, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Driver Mentor LLC (“Driver Mentor,” “we”). By using the Driver Mentor app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Driver Mentor is

Driver Mentor is a tool that helps CDL drivers find carriers. We are not a motor carrier, an employer, or a staffing agency. Carriers post their own jobs and decide who to hire. We do not guarantee that you will get a job, a hire date, or any pay rate. Job details come from carriers and can change. Always confirm pay, home time and terms with the carrier before you accept a job.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and sign-in codes private and for what happens on your account. Give us true information. Do not misuse the app, try to see other people's information, or interfere with how it works.

Connect

When you tap Connect, you ask us to send your name, phone number and terms to that carrier's recruiter. The carrier then handles your information under its own policies. You can withdraw a Connect in the app, which stops the recruiter's access to your information in Driver Mentor, but we cannot take back what a carrier already received.

Promise scores, company information and Driver Mentor Sonny

Company facts come from public FMCSA records and may be out of date or incomplete. Promise scores are drivers' own answers and are shown only as totals once 10 or more drivers have answered. Driver Mentor Sonny is an AI assistant that can make mistakes. It gives general information only, not legal, tax, medical, financial or hiring advice, and it never promises a job or pay. Referrals

You may earn a referral reward of $50 to $250, depending on the hiring company. The amount may not apply to every job, and you see the amount for a job before you refer. A reward is paid only if your friend is new to Driver Mentor, is hired through Driver Mentor, works 90 days, reports it in the app, completes the 90-day Promise check-in, and the information is accurate and checks out. We may change or end the program, and we may decline a reward if we believe the rules were not followed.

Driver Mentor Plus

Driver Mentor Plus is an optional paid plan that gives you more live Driver Mentor Sonny answers each day. It is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Prices are shown in the app and may change. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. To cancel, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules. Founding member pricing, when offered, is limited in number and in time, and ends when the spots are gone. Deleting your Driver Mentor account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store.

Free features

Job matching and Driver Mentor Sonny are free for drivers. Built-in Sonny answers are unlimited. Free drivers get a limited number of live Sonny answers each day. We may change what is free in the future and will tell you in the app.

Our rights and your content

Driver Mentor and its name, logo and software belong to Driver Mentor LLC. You may use the app for your own personal use. You keep ownership of the information you give us, and you give us permission to use it to run Driver Mentor as described in our privacy policy.

No warranty and limits on our responsibility

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Driver Mentor is not responsible for what carriers, recruiters or other third parties do or say, for jobs you do or do not get, or for losses that come from using the app, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using Driver Mentor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: Driver Mentor LLC, hello@driver-mentor.com.
