Hire CDL drivers in Florida

Driver Mentor matches your recruiters with Class A and Class B drivers across Florida who fit your lanes, pay and home time, from Jacksonville to Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland and South Florida. When a driver is connected and ready to move forward, your team can reach them right away.

Why Florida carriers use Driver Mentor

Drivers who fit, and stay

  1. Matched on what drivers quit over

Home time, pay, equipment, endorsements and W-2 or 1099. Your recruiters talk to drivers who already want the job you posted.

  2. Promise score

Job boards stop at the hire. We follow up at 30 and 90 days, and carriers who keep their word get the credit drivers look for.

  3. You stay in control

Your recruiters reach out, interview and hire. You run your own background checks and MVRs, as you do today.
