How are carriers verified?
We check every company against its FMCSA USDOT record before it can post jobs.
What is a connect?
A Connect is when a driver whose terms fit your job taps Connect and sends you their name, phone and terms. You pay per Connect, and drivers who do not fit your job never see it.
When do I see a driver’s name and phone number?
Only after the driver taps Connect on your job. If they withdraw, their details disappear from your list.
What do I pay?
A monthly plan sized to your fleet (from $299), a Connect when a matched driver sends you their profile ($25 Class A, $15 Class B), and a hire fee only after a driver passes 30 days on the job ($1,000 Class A, $600 Class B). Founding carriers get 25% off the plan for the first 90 days, $20 Class A connects, their first hire free, and no onboarding fee. Get your estimate
How does the Promise score work?
At 30 and 90 days, each hire confirms whether pay, miles and home time matched the offer. Carriers who keep their word earn a strong Promise score.
When will my company have a Promise score?
Your Promise score appears once 10 of your hires have answered their 30- and 90-day check-ins. Until then, drivers see “Not enough answers yet.” Answers are anonymous and shown only as totals.
Can I see which driver answered what?
No. Drivers answer anonymously, and you see only totals, like “27 of 30 said pay matched the post.” That keeps answers honest.
Do you run background checks?
No. You run your own background checks and MVRs, as you do today, and cover their cost. Driver Mentor brings you drivers who already fit your terms.
Does Driver Mentor replace my recruiters?
No. Driver Mentor connects your recruiters with drivers who already fit your lanes, pay and home time. Your team still does the interviews and makes the hire.
Who posts our jobs?
Your recruiters do, in Driver Recruiter. Paste your existing job post and it fills in the form for you to check. Every job is a promise drivers check at 30 and 90 days, so it lists only terms you stand behind.

Georgia and Florida first, with 25 founding spots per state.

The app is launching in Georgia and Florida. Join the early list on the Drivers page and we'll send you the download link as soon as it's live.
Where are you hiring?
We are opening in Georgia and Florida first. Drivers in other states can join the list, and we will text you once when your state opens.
How do I contact a recruiter?
Tap Connect on a job that fits. The recruiter gets your name, phone and terms and reaches out to you. You can withdraw at any time.
