SMS consent
Driver Mentor LLC. Effective October 25, 2026.
This page explains how drivers agree to get text messages from Driver Mentor, what we send, how often, and how to stop. Driver Mentor is a phone app that helps CDL drivers find carriers whose jobs fit their terms.
Who sends the texts
Driver Mentor LLC. Every text names Driver Mentor.
What we text
- Sign-in codes. When you enter your mobile number in the app to sign in, we text you a one-time code. We send a code only when you ask for one.
- State waitlist. If Driver Mentor is not open in your state yet and you join that state's waitlist, we send you one text the day we open there.
We do not send any other texts.
How you agree
Sign-in codes: you enter your own mobile number in the app and ask for a code.
State waitlist: joining is optional. In the app, drivers in a state we have not opened yet see a waitlist card with a button such as "Text me when Alabama opens." Right under the button, the app shows this wording:
Tapping the button is your agreement. We save the wording you agreed to with your waitlist sign-up. The screenshot below shows the waitlist card in the app, with Alabama as the example state.
How often
Sign-in codes: only when you ask for one. Waitlist: one text for each state waitlist you join. Message and data rates may apply.
